Before embarking on her journey as a speaker, she worked as a university admissions officer, corporate trainer, and broadcaster. She is a mother of two, wife of a “hottie engineer,” and caregiver of Murphy, a chocolate lab.

Jody has been presenting her keynote addresses around the world for over 10 years. She is passionate about spreading the message of fun, and meaningful work. Annually she is a guest lecture at over 40 organizations and associations, and is a top motivational speaker.
Jody is author of the book All Work & No SAY and writes a syndicated column called the Joy of Work, which is published in over 40 magazines and trade journals. Her mission is to help motivate company employees to derive more meaning and satisfaction from their work.
Jody is a feature guest speaker for the GE Healthcare Tip-TV program broadcast in over 2600 healthcare facilities. Jody is the 2008 Bronze Winner of the 29th Annual Telly Awards for excellence in programming this presentation.
Jody has been a convention keynote speaker for clients that include health care associations, financial, corporations, parks and recreation bodies, government departments and many more groups. She was the keynote speaker at the ANA 2004 Convention.

LeAnn Thieman, CSP
LeAnn Thieman is a nationally acclaimed professional speaker, author, and nurse who was “accidentally” caught up in the Vietnam Orphan Airlift in 1975. Her book, This Must Be My Brother, details her daring adventure of helping to rescue 300 babies as Saigon was falling to the communists. An ordinary person, she struggled through extraordinary circumstances and found the courage to succeed.
Marcus Engel, M.S, CSP, CPXP
Marcus Engel, M.S., CSP, CPXP is a Certified Speaking Professional & author whose messages provide insight and strategies for excellent patient care. His keynote presentation has been witnessed by tens of thousands of healthcare professionals and his books are used in scores of nursing and allied health programs to teach the basic foundations of caregiving.
As a college freshman, Marcus Engel was blinded and nearly killed after being struck by a drunk driver. Through two years of rehab, over 350 hours of reconstructive facial surgery and adaptation through a multitude of life changes, Marcus witnessed the good, the bad and the profound in patient care.
He has authored four books and is at work on a fifth, “Beyond Patient Experience” which is due out shortly.
Marcus and his wife, Marvelyne, are the co-founders of the I’m Here Movement, a 501(c)3, which is changing the culture of care with two simple words. Marcus holds a B.S. in sociology from Missouri State University (2000) and a M.S. in Narrative Medicine from Columbia University in New York City (2012.) He lives in Orlando, Florida with Marvelyne and his Seeing Eye dog, Elliott.

Michael Hoffman is President of Igniting Performance, a Dallas based company that specializes in the skills of sales, customer loyalty and leadership. Over the last 20 years, Michael has delivered professional speaking engagements and customized training to organizations across this country and abroad.

Richard Hadden, MBA, CSP
Richard Hadden is a Certified Speaking Professional, author, and leadership consultant who focuses on the connection between people and profit. He is co-author of the popular Contented Cows leadership book series, including his latest book, Contented Cows STILL Give Better Milk, and also the book Rebooting Leadership.
Since 1990 he has delivered keynote presentations and training programs on Leadership and Employee Engagement for more than 850 audiences on five continents. In 2000, he received the Certified Speaking Professional designation from the National Speakers Association. This is the highest earned designation in the speaking profession.
Richard has appeared on CNN and MSNBC, and his work has been featured in Business Week, Entrepreneur, and Inc. magazines, as well as in many trade and professional publications.
A classically trained vocalist, Richard served for 8 years on the Board of Directors of the Jacksonville Children's Chorus and now serves on its Advisory Board. He loves to cook – primarily because he loves to eat. And even though he travels a lot in his business, he loves to travel for fun. His favorite destination is his wife Christine’s native Scotland. Richard and Christine have two young adult children and live in Jacksonville, Florida.
